For over a decade, Coach Bean has taught and coached in a variety of capacities around Austin. She has led both youth and adults in principles of swimming, triathlon, gymnastics, strength and conditioning, and yoga. Guiding people in a variety of physical disciplines, has shaped her coaching style throughout the years.

These days, you’ll find Bean’s classes to be welcoming, thoughtful, and purposeful, while still effective and challenging. Exactly what you’d expect from a yoga instructor turned strength and conditioning coach.

A passion for travel, adventure, and all things outdoors, Coach John blends his fitness and programming approach acutely aware time waits for no one. And to express yourself in this wide range of activities, well in to your latter years, one must balance resistance training, elastic strength, cardiovascular efficiency, mobility and stability. John hopes to find himself on snow capped mountains, navigating white water rivers and hiking desert landscapes for years to come.

Coach Conor brings a diverse background of fitness to the table. Dating back to his teenage years, he trained and taught Tang Soo Do martial arts for over a decade, and spent his college years long-distance running and powerlifting competitively. These days, Conor finds that a happy balance of strength training and cardiovascular conditioning is ideal for both longevity and having a body that is highly functional.

Outside of the gym, you can find Conor out on the hiking trails in the Texas Hill Country, wakeboarding on Lake Travis, and seeking out athletic adventures.
