Philosophy

It’s one thing to move your body efficiently, another to move weight, and something else to master both. Our programs blend time tested body weight, barbell, kettlebell, and dumbbell movements. With the aim of improving not just conditioning levels, but lean muscle mass, stability, while promoting a focus on sustainability and longevity. A workout is only as valuable as your ability to recover from it.

We believe in training in the environment you live. In the summer it's often hot, and in the winter it's sometimes cold. Embracing the elements not only develops grit, but leads to the sort of discipline necessary to establish the consistency that delivers results. If we do hard things long enough, they're not that hard anymore. And we find less reasons to deviate from the healthy patterns we worked so hard to create.

Our programs are periodized. We take great care in crafting each and every workout, ensuring they are a piece to that much bigger puzzle. Our program weaves its way strategically through each quarter culminating in Muscle and Hustle Marks. Every three months (twice each per year) we alternate discovering our body weight and barbell limits. Does everyone need to deadlift 500 lbs? Certainly not. Does getting stronger help in reaching any fitness goal? Absolutely.

We don't have fancy machines, air conditioning, or even a cold plunge. We've put our focus squarely on providing the best workouts paired with the best coaches to guide, push, support, and perfect your efforts. Always quality over quantity.

Programs

Muscle

Strength focused total body workout, featuring power and olympic movements utilizing: barbells, kettlebells and dumbbells. All wrapped in a cohesive periodized effort synced with Hustle.

Run time: 60 min

Hustle

Conditioning focused total body workout, featuring: metcons, HIIT, and ballistic (power) training. Utilizing barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, boxes, ropes, pull-up bars, bodyweight movements, medicine balls and much more. All wrapped in a cohesive periodized effort synced with Muscle.

Run time: 60 min

Mountain Series

A combination Muscle + Hustle style workout that will test your fitness levels. Should be comfortable with overhead presses, hinge and pull movements. While challenging, each workout will be scaled to the individual's strength levels.

Workouts named after a favorite summit in the lower 48, with homage to the effort, grit, joy, and ultimate satisfaction that comes from pushing your limits in the mountains. Offered some Sundays, 9:45am - 11am. Hard cap of 6.
